About 10 years ago I had them replace a pool liner. They ruined the pool. The first liner was too small, a measurement mistake on their part. They left the pool open and rain ruined the sand bottom. The result was pool sides and bottom that looked like the Grand Cannon. They put the new liner in without fixing the problem, in spite of promises made that they would make it right. They just refused to fix it. I would never do business with this company and you should be aware of the risk. So they got thousands of dollars for ruining my pool.
We had an above ground pool installed in June 2016. The pool had several issues, Ranging from the Pool Leaking, Liner Falling down, Failed to put in a Plug in the top of motor. The motor ran from June 2016 to October 2016 and then we winterized the pool. April 2017 attempt to turn the pool on to get it ready for the season and the motor does not run. Contacted Pride Pools was told that they would get a hold of the Warranty Dept and call me back. 10 Days later I call them to find out now I have to drive 40 miles to bring the motor to them and that's their protocol. Worst service I have ever had.
