This place is terrible they sell cheap furniture and their insurance is a joke! Don't buy from this place you are better off buying furniture from IKEA!!!!

This place has very bad customer service and on top of that they lie to their customers to get more money out of them. I purchased sectional couches from there and Bonnie their floor rep told me if I purchased their insurance it would cover pet damage. When I called to make a claim they made me wait on the phone and never called me back when they said they would call me back, so I had to call back again and spoke to a guy named Kyle , who said that my insurance didn't cover pet damage. This Bonnie lady lied to me on purpose to make a quick buck. They offered me insurance and lied on what it covered to get more money.
This place is horrible. Their customer service was terrible. People please try other furniture stores like Rooms-To-GO or even try OFFER UP which is an app where you can buy used things from other people that they don't want anymore. My daughter has beautiful leather couches that are in very good condition that she bought from OFFER UP and were the 1/3 the price I paid for mine from this terrible store. Atleast, don't purchase furniture from this store in claxton ga. Terrible service !!!!
